What Data Is Collected

• Contact form data: the name, email address, and message you submit via the Contact page, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Usage analytics: anonymised, aggregated visitor analytics collected via Vercel Analytics (page views, referrers, and general device/browser type). This does not use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

Legal Basis and Purpose

Contact form data is processed on the basis of consent (you choosing to submit the form) and legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics data is processed under legitimate interest in understanding site usage and improving the site.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to handle the related enquiry, after which they are deleted. Aggregated analytics data is retained by the processor in line with its own retention policy and is not linked back to individual identities.

Third-Party Processors

This site is hosted and delivered via Vercel, and uses Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly usage statistics. These providers may process technical data (such as IP address) as part of delivering and securing the site.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data held about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
